Ulrich Richter Morales, author of 10 books and co-author of one more, has also distinguished himself for his collaboration in national magazines and newspapers. Specializing in topics such as the legalization of marijuana and the legal implications of fake news, Richter has experience in areas such as commercial, criminal, civil law, and amparo. With a doctorate in criminal sciences and criminal policy from Inacipe, he has held various positions in the field of law and citizen participation.

On the list of the 10 candidates for the head of the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City, Ulrich Richter Morales stands out for his legal background. With experience as an advisor coordinator for a capital prosecutor and counselor for the Attorney General's Office, as well as a citizen activist and writer, Richter is considered a strong candidate to lead the capital's attorney's office.
